Frequently asked questions

No fuel stations or prices are shown.

• Check that you have allowed the app location access (iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → NRG).
• Price data is currently available for Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom and Mexico. In other countries no prices are shown; the app will let you know.
• A data source may be temporarily unavailable – please try again a little later.

How does searching along a route work?

• Switch to the route view and enter start and destination.
• The corridor setting determines how far a station may be from the route.

Notifications while driving.

• Turn on monitoring with the bell icon. For alerts in the background, the app needs “Always” location permission.
• In Settings you can choose to receive notifications without sound.

Privacy

NRG collects no personal data and uses no tracking. Details: Privacy Policy.

Fuel prices Germany: Tankerkönig (MTS-K, CC BY 4.0, tankerkoenig.de). Further prices from official sources in Austria, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom and Mexico. Charging points: Open Charge Map and GoingElectric.
